Launch Deals legal
These Terms govern use of Launch Deals by public visitors, software sellers, and other users in the United States.

Launch Deals is operated by EZDeals, an Oklahoma-based online business that currently operates without a separately formed LLC or corporation. By using Launch Deals, you agree to these Terms.
Launch Deals is intended for users age 18 or older and is currently offered for use in the United States. If you use Launch Deals for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization.
Launch Deals helps buyers discover temporary SaaS and AI promotions and helps sellers submit products and promotions for verification and publication.
Launch Deals is not the merchant of record for vendor offers. Purchases, subscriptions, billing, refunds, cancellations, and fulfillment occur between the buyer and the software vendor on the vendor's own systems unless a future feature expressly states otherwise.
Sellers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, rights, pricing, eligibility rules, restrictions, and redemption terms of information they submit.
By submitting logos, screenshots, descriptions, and deal information, a seller grants Launch Deals the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, format, review, and distribute that content through the service while the listing is active or reasonably required for records and enforcement.
Launch Deals may review vendor identity, normal price, promotional terms, redemption mechanics, restrictions, and other listing details. Verification means only that the stated information was checked through the platform's review process at the relevant time. It is not a guarantee of vendor performance, availability, security, product quality, or future pricing.
Buyers should review the vendor's current checkout page, subscription terms, refund policy, privacy notice, and eligibility rules before completing a transaction. Vendor terms may change after a Launch Deals verification and the vendor remains responsible for the transaction.
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Launch Deals may reject, suspend, archive, remove, or require correction of content or accounts that violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, or undermine marketplace integrity.
Launch Deals contains links to independent vendor sites. Launch Deals does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, uptime, transactions, privacy practices, or contractual performance.
Launch Deals and its software, branding, and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Sellers retain rights in their submitted content subject to the license needed to operate the service.
Use the Copyright & Content Reports page to report suspected infringement or unlawful content.
Launch Deals may suspend or terminate access, decline a submission, remove a listing, or end a promotion when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or preserve service integrity. Sellers may request account deletion through the Privacy & Legal Requests page.
To the extent permitted by law, Launch Deals is provided on an as-available basis. Verification reduces some information risk but cannot guarantee a vendor, product, promotion, external website, transaction, or business outcome.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Launch Deals is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from vendor transactions, unavailable promotions, third-party services, or use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Launch Deals may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law. Service notices may be delivered through the application or other contact methods associated with an account.
Launch Deals does not currently collect buyer payments, remit seller payouts, or charge marketplace transaction commissions. Purchases, subscriptions, billing, refunds, cancellation, taxes, and fulfillment occur between the buyer and the software vendor on the vendor's systems, subject to applicable law.
If Launch Deals later begins charging users, processing payments, offering trials, or participating in vendor transactions, those features require Legal Operations review before release.
Before filing a dispute concerning Launch Deals, contact hello@ezdeals.co or use the Privacy & Legal Requests page and allow up to 30 days for a good-faith informal attempt to resolve the issue, unless urgent relief or applicable law makes that impracticable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except to the extent another law cannot validly be waived. Subject to any non-waivable venue right, disputes concerning Launch Deals may be brought in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. Nothing in this dispute section limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
