Launch Deals legal
These terms explain the relationship among Launch Deals, software sellers, and buyers who discover promotions through the service.
Last updated: September 13, 2026
Launch Deals is a discovery, listing, moderation, and verification platform. It does not currently act as seller, reseller, payment processor, merchant of record, or subscription provider for third-party software offers.
Buyers are responsible for confirming eligibility and reviewing the vendor's current terms before purchasing. A Launch Deals listing is not financial, legal, tax, procurement, or security advice.
Launch Deals may edit formatting, request evidence, reject a submission, expire a promotion, or remove a listing. Sellers remain responsible for the substance and rights in submitted content.
In the current service, buyers pay vendors directly. Launch Deals does not collect purchase funds, hold balances, distribute seller payouts, or charge transaction commissions. If that model changes, applicable legal terms must be reviewed before release.
Vendor purchases are governed by the vendor's applicable refund, cancellation, billing, and tax terms, subject to non-waivable law. Buyers should raise transaction disputes with the vendor that accepted the payment.
Launch Deals verifies selected deal dimensions and monitors deal health, but verification is not an endorsement or guarantee. A check can become stale, a vendor can change its site, and external services can become unavailable.
Launch Deals does not currently provide a public buyer review or star-rating system. If reviews are introduced, moderation and authenticity rules must be established before relying on them as marketplace proof.
Lifetime deals and misleading, unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing offers are prohibited. Launch Deals may reject categories or transactions that create unacceptable legal, safety, or marketplace risk.
A vendor and buyer contract directly when the buyer redeems or purchases on the vendor's site. Launch Deals is not a party to that vendor transaction solely because the buyer discovered the promotion through Launch Deals.
Launch Deals may pause, reject, archive, or remove products, promotions, or accounts for verification failures, expired offers, policy violations, security concerns, legal requests, or material inconsistencies.
Vendors are responsible for their products, claims, transactions, support, refunds, billing, taxes, and fulfillment. Buyers remain responsible for evaluating a vendor before transacting. Launch Deals remains responsible for its own obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
