Who operates Launch Deals

Launch Deals is operated by EZDeals, an Oklahoma-based online business. EZDeals currently operates without a separately formed LLC or corporation. Launch Deals is currently offered for use in the United States.

1. Scope and our role

Launch Deals is a discovery and verification service for temporary SaaS and AI promotions. This policy applies to the Launch Deals website, seller workspace, administrator tools, and related services.

When you leave Launch Deals for a software vendor's website, that vendor processes information under its own privacy terms. Launch Deals does not operate the vendor's checkout or subscription service.

2. Information we collect

• Seller account data, including email address, display name, authentication identifiers, and account timestamps.
• Product and deal information submitted by sellers, including company and product details, offer terms, redemption URLs, logos, and screenshots.
• Administrative and moderation records used to verify deals, operate the marketplace, and maintain an audit trail.
• First-party measurement data for public deal views, outbound clicks, and buyer-interest actions when analytics cookies are accepted.
• Technical security data used for rate limiting and abuse prevention. The application derives a keyed hash from network information for rate limiting rather than storing a raw address in the analytics event tables.

3. Cookies and anonymous measurement

Seller and administrator authentication uses session cookies required to keep signed-in users authenticated.

Public analytics are optional. When you accept analytics cookies, Launch Deals may set the first-party ld_anon cookie for up to one year. The random identifier is transformed into a keyed hash before it is stored with deal view, click, or interest events.

4. How we use information

• Operate seller accounts, product submissions, deal submissions, moderation, and administrative access.
• Publish approved product and promotion information to buyers.
• Measure deal performance and provide aggregated marketplace analytics to sellers and administrators.
• Verify offers, prevent abuse, investigate security issues, and enforce platform rules.
• Respond to legal, privacy, account-deletion, and content-reporting requests.

5. How information is disclosed

Launch Deals uses Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services and uses hosting infrastructure to deliver the application. Those providers process information as needed to provide their services to Launch Deals.

Approved product and deal information is intentionally public. Do not submit confidential information in fields intended for public listings.

Launch Deals may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or respond to valid legal process.

6. Vendor websites and purchases

Buyers redeem promotions on the software vendor's own website. Launch Deals does not process buyer payments, seller payouts, or marketplace commissions in the current product.

A vendor may receive information directly from you when you visit or transact on its site. Review the vendor's privacy notice and offer terms before purchasing or subscribing.

7. Retention

The current application automatically removes raw deal metric events after 90 days, expired abuse-rate-limit records after their operational window, and deal-health-check history after 180 days. The optional ld_anon browser identifier is configured for up to one year unless you change your cookie choice sooner.

Seller account, product, deal, moderation, and audit records are retained while needed to operate the service, protect marketplace integrity, satisfy legal obligations, or resolve disputes. A deletion request may not require deletion of records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or establishment of legal claims.

8. Security

Launch Deals uses access controls, server-side authorization, row-level database controls, input validation, and other safeguards intended to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Privacy rights and account deletion

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or other privacy choices. Launch Deals provides a Privacy & Legal Requests form for these requests.

Account deletion is handled as a verified request rather than an immediate anonymous action because seller accounts may be connected to public listings, moderation history, and records that require review before deletion.

11. International processing

Infrastructure and service providers may process information in locations other than your own. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, the responsible parties must use an appropriate lawful mechanism.

12. Changes to this policy

Launch Deals may update this policy when product behavior or legal requirements change. Material changes should be reviewed through the Legal Operations process before release and the updated date will be revised.

Sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and marketing

Launch Deals does not currently sell personal information for money and the current application does not include third-party advertising pixels or cross-context behavioral advertising tags. If those practices change, Legal Health must require review of this policy and any required user controls before release.

Optional analytics remain off unless you grant permission. You may decline analytics or change your cookie choice without losing public browsing access.

Age requirement and children's privacy

Launch Deals is intended only for people age 18 or older. It is not designed for children, and seller accounts may not be used by a person under 18.
