Acceptable Use Policy

1. Lawful use and rights

• Do not submit or promote unlawful products, unlawful transactions, or content that infringes another person's rights.
• Do not upload logos, screenshots, descriptions, trademarks, or other material unless you have authority to use and submit them.
• Do not use Launch Deals to evade legal restrictions, sanctions, court orders, or contractual restrictions that apply to you.

2. Accurate commercial claims

• Do not fabricate normal pricing, discounts, availability, eligibility, exclusivity, redemption terms, or post-promotion pricing.
• Do not disguise recurring vendor charges, material restrictions, or geographic limitations.
• Do not submit lifetime deals. Launch Deals is limited to genuine temporary promotions.

3. Security and service integrity

• Do not probe, attack, overload, bypass, scrape abusively, or interfere with Launch Deals or another user's account.
• Do not upload malware, malicious links, credential-stealing material, or content intended to compromise a buyer or vendor.
• Do not circumvent moderation, verification, rate limits, access controls, or deal lifecycle restrictions.

4. User-submitted content

Seller submissions may be reviewed before publication and may be removed, archived, corrected, or returned for changes. Public listings must be suitable for a professional software marketplace and must not contain confidential information that the seller does not intend to publish.

5. Enforcement and reporting

Launch Deals may reject or remove content, restrict an account, preserve evidence, or take other proportionate action when these rules are violated or when necessary to protect the service. Use the Copyright & Content Reports page to report suspected infringement, fraud, or harmful content.
