Report suspected copyright infringement or harmful marketplace content.
Last updated: September 13, 2026
Sellers must have rights to material they submit. Launch Deals may restrict challenged material while a rights dispute is reviewed.
Send hello@ezdeals.co your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work and challenged Launch Deals material, a good-faith unauthorized-use statement, an accuracy-and-authority statement under penalty of perjury, and a physical or electronic signature.
Launch Deals may request more information, restrict a listing, notify the seller, preserve relevant records, or take another proportionate step while reviewing a report.
Where applicable law provides a counter-notice or restoration process, Launch Deals may give the affected seller information needed to respond and may restore material when legally appropriate.
Repeated infringement or serious policy violations may result in listing removal or account restriction. Knowingly false or abusive reports may create legal consequences and may violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
This reporting process does not by itself represent that Launch Deals has completed a U.S. Copyright Office designated-agent registration. Formal safe-harbor representations require verified registration details first.
The same reporting channel may be used for impersonation, fraud, unlawful content, or other serious marketplace-content concerns.
Submit a report through the Privacy & Legal Requests page or email hello@ezdeals.co. Launch Deals may verify identity, authority, and the affected material before acting.
