Scope and request channel

Launch Deals is operated by EZDeals for use in the United States. Privacy and account requests may be submitted through this page or sent to hello@ezdeals.co.

1. Available requests

• Access or obtain information about personal data associated with you.
• Correct inaccurate account or personal information.
• Request deletion of personal information or a seller account.
• Raise another privacy or legal question concerning Launch Deals.

2. Account deletion

Seller-account deletion is reviewed before execution because an account may own products, public promotions, uploaded assets, moderation records, or audit records. Submitting a request does not immediately delete an account or public listing.

After identity and scope are verified, Launch Deals will determine which records can be deleted, anonymized, archived, or retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other lawful purposes.

3. Verification and timing

Launch Deals may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify identity or authority before fulfilling a request. Requests are handled within the time required by applicable law, subject to permitted extensions or exceptions.

4. Questions and appeals

If you believe a privacy request was handled incorrectly, submit a new legal request referencing the earlier request so it can be reviewed. Regulatory complaint rights remain available where applicable.

Authorized agents

Where applicable law permits an authorized agent to submit a request, Launch Deals may require evidence of the agent's authority and may verify the identity of the person whose information is involved.

Response timing

Launch Deals targets completion of a verified account-deletion request within 30 days when reasonably practicable. Any legally required deadline, permitted extension, identity-verification period, exception, or preservation duty controls when applicable.

Deletion exceptions and retention

A deletion request may result in deletion, anonymization, archival, or limited retention. Information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, marketplace integrity, legal compliance, dispute resolution, preservation of evidence, or another lawful purpose.

Non-discrimination

Launch Deals will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising a privacy right that applies to them.
